Installation of ZKH series V type mixer
In order to facilitate operation and maintenance, the distance between the wall or other equipment of the host should be ≥1000mm, and the height of the workplace should be at least 500mm higher than the height of the host.
The ground on which the equipment is placed should be flat and level. When the equipment is replaced or out of service, the equipment should be cleaned. It is required that the yard should be drained and cleaned in time.

Maintenance of ZKH series V type mixer

Installation of SYH series Three-dimensional Motion Mixer
1. The machine is unloaded, loaded and commissioned before leaving the factory. It can be shipped from the factory after normal work, and it can meet the safe use of users.
2. Transportation mode: 1000L (or below) using the whole machine factory, not equipped with foot screws; more than 1000L use split transport, with ground bolts.
3. Equipment Installation:
A. The machine arrives at the user unit and should be safely unloaded.
It is not allowed to impact or beat the equipment and accessories. The installation accuracy of this machine is relatively high.
B. All the tibial screws should be tightened before installation and the screws in the transportation process should be loose.
C. The installation ground should be level (irrigity <3/1000). After the equipment is in place, the gap between the bottom four corners and the ground should be eliminated to avoid vibration and shaking during operation. D. Large equipment should be installed under the guidance of our technicians. E. When the equipment is installed, open the front cover and install the pulley. After running smoothly, turn on the power.
