How does the encapsulation machine work?
The encapsulation machine uses two continuous counter-rotating mold cavities to squeeze the rubber into soft capsules and simultaneously complete the filling of medicines into the soft capsules. After the soft capsule is made, it enters a tumble dryer for drying and shaping, and then it is washed and dried.

How are softgels made into different shapes?
The shape of the soft capsule is extruded through the cavity’s shape, which can be customized according to customer requirements. Common shapes include Round (0.15-0.3ml), Oval (0.10-0.5ml), Oblong (0.3-0.8ml), and cylinder (0.4-4.5ml), among others.

How is the rubber of the soft capsule made?
According to the proportion required by the production process, pure water, solid gelatin, additives, vitamins, glycerin, etc., are added to the chemical glue tank and stirred at a low temperature of 70-80°C. After removing air bubbles from the glue and achieving the desired consistency, the glue is transferred to the gelatin bucket and left to stand. After a certain period, the matured glue is transferred to the heated gelatin boxes on the left and right sides of the soft capsule filling machine. It is then applied to the rolling mold and cooled to form solid rubber.

Capsule Specifications: Clearly communicate the shape and filling volume requirements for the soft capsules you intend to produce. This information is crucial for SINDA to design appropriate soft capsule molds.
Power Supply Voltage: Inform SINDA about your power supply voltage specifications. They will configure the electrical components accordingly to ensure the equipment is compatible with your voltage standards.
Environmental Requirements:
- Soft Capsule Production Workshop: Air conditioning is typically necessary to maintain stable indoor temperature and humidity. This ensures optimal conditions for equipment operation and soft capsule production.
- Ingredient Room: Temperature should be maintained between 20-28 degrees Celsius with relative humidity (RH) not exceeding 60%. This room temperature is critical for soft capsule production.
- Pill Pressing Room: Temperature should be controlled at 21-24 degrees Celsius with RH between 40%-55%.
- Drying Room: Maintain a temperature of 24-30 degrees Celsius and RH below 40%.
- Pill Sorting Workshop: Temperature should be kept at 20-28 degrees Celsius with RH not exceeding 60%.
How to choose the SEC series encapsulation machine model?
Softgel capsule volumes are measured by volume. The encapsulation machine’s multi-channel plunger pump determines volume based on plunger diameter and travel distance.
