The CFM series fully automatic capsule filling machine ideal for use in pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, laboratories, and other pharmaceutical fields, the CFM Series are well-suited for medium and large-scale capsule filling production.
The Work Principle of the CFM Series Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine
Empty capsules are fed into the capsule guide trough from the hopper. In the guide trough, capsules are automatically arranged with caps up and bodies down.
They then enter the upper and lower modules. Vacuum suction separates the capsule caps and bodies, keeping the caps in the upper module and the bodies in the lower module for filling.
Powder from the hopper enters the dosing disc via the screw feeder. As the disc rotates, the powder fills its holes. Compression rods then compact the powder into columns and push them into the capsule bodies.
If any capsule is improperly filled, the machine detects and removes it. After filling, the capsule caps and bodies are rejoined and locked at the locking station.
The locked capsules are then automatically ejected. The modules can be cleaned at the cleaning station to ensure no powder residue remains.
