STF-A semi-automatic tube filling machine adopts button control, manual tube loading, automatic alignment, filling, and sealing, thereby reducing production costs and catering to customers’ small-scale production needs. The STF-A semi-automatic tube filling machine is suitable for industries such as medical, food, cosmetics, chemicals, and toothpaste.

Working Principle:

Manually insert the tube into the indexing disc tube holder. The machine uses mechanical transmission to automatically turn to the next photoelectric detection station, where it completes automatic alignment and confirms whether a tube is present. It then turns to the filling station, automatically fills the tubes, and does not fill if there are no tubes present. Next, it moves to the tail sealing station to seal the tubes and print the batch number. Finally, at the finished product exit station, the finished product is pushed out of the equipment.
