SEC-110 Encapsulation Machine is mainly used in the pharmaceutical, health supplements, cosmetics, and food industries, it is for producing softgel capsules that encapsulate liquid or semi-solid contents.

SEC-110 Encapsulation Machine typically consists of a gelatin preparation system, filling system, molding system, drying system.

The gelatin system mixes and heats ingredients such as gelatin, water, and glycerin into a gelatin solution. The gelatin solution is evenly spread onto two gelatin rollers by gelatin boxes, forming two sheets of gelatin. These gelatin sheets are used to encapsulate the upper and lower parts of the softgel. The content of oils, suspensions, or semi-solid substances is accurately measured by the metering system and filled between the two gelatin sheets through a mold, and they are sealed together by mold. After the softgels fall off the mold, they enter the drying system for shaping and drying. The shaped softgels are then placed on drying trays to be air-dried for end packaging.
