Tube Filling Machine
SINDA is a professional manufacturer of tube filling machines and has introduced the TFM series fully automatic tube filling machines and the STF series semi-automatic tube filling machines. The tube filling machines are designed for filling pastes, gels, and other liquids into lead tubes, aluminum tubes, plastic tubes, or composite tubes, followed by sealing or folding, and batch number printing. They are widely used in industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
TFM Series Fully Automatic Tube Filling Machine
The TFM series fully automatic tube filling machine is a high-tech product successfully developed by integrating advanced domestic and foreign technologies, optimized design, and complying with GMP requirements.
The TFM series tube filling machines utilize PLC programming control and intuitive operation via touch screen. They can automatically complete tube feeding, filling of pastes, gels, viscous fluids, and other liquids into tubes, as well as automatic operations such as tube folding or sealing, and batch coding. It is an ideal equipment for filling and sealing tubes made of lead, aluminum, plastic, and composite materials.
They are primarily used in industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical adhesives.
Classification of TFM Series Fully Automatic Tube Filling Machines:
According to the tube material used for filling:
– TFM-A Series: Suitable for filling and folding sealing of lead or aluminum tubes.
– TFM-P Series: Suitable for filling and heat sealing of plastic or composite tubes.
Working Principle of TFM Series Fully Automatic Tube Filling Machines:
The tubes are placed neatly in a large hopper. Through an automatic tube feeding device, they are automatically inserted into positioning molds. The positioning mold rotates with the turntable to the photoelectric detection station, automatically verifying and confirming the presence of tubes.
Paste is poured into a conical barrel. The paste is automatically filled into the tubes at the filling station through a piston-type quantitative filling valve directly connected to the barrel. Tubes with proper positioning are automatically filled, while those without are not filled. The turntable rotates the filled tubes to the sealing or folding station for sealing and coding, then to the finished product exit station for completed tube filling and sealing.
Advantages and Features of TFM Series Fully Automatic Tube Filling Machines:
TFM-A Series Tube Filling Machines employ a multi-position, high-precision mechanical arm capable of directly completing two or three folds and sealing of metal tubes such as aluminum tubes, as well as saddle-shaped folding and sealing, and coding work. The shape and size of the sealing can be adjusted accurately according to user requirements. The moving parts of the mechanical arm use Japanese guide rails, with upper and lower sliding shafts equipped with self-lubricating bearings for reliable transmission without vibration, noise, or pollution.
The TFM series tube filling machines are aesthetically pleasing and compact in structure. They embody advanced, reliable, and rational design concepts. From automatic tube placement in positioning molds, automatic tube direction positioning, filling, sealing or folding, batch coding, and finished product exit, all actions are synchronized, with a minimum cycle time of 1 second. The machines are made of high-quality stainless steel with polished contact surfaces. The machine body is fitted with acrylic glass to effectively prevent product contamination and ensure operator safety, allowing convenient observation and inspection of equipment operation at any time.
PLC programming control and intuitive operation via touch screen. The touch screen displays production speed, fault indications, completed work quantities, and other information directly. Adjustment of operating parameters can also be directly performed on the panel. It facilitates easy connection between emulsifiers and tube filling machines, with straightforward replacement operations between different tube diameters.
TFM-P Series Tube Filling Machines use internal heating for tube end sealing, with original Swiss Leister hot air guns. External cooling devices are configured for tubes, and mechanical cutting devices can be customized to cut tube ends into right angles, R-angles, or arc-shaped seals, ensuring more attractive tube sealing.
The TFM series machines adopt reliable piston-type quantitative filling devices, with convenient and reliable filling volume adjustment and high filling accuracy. The hopper valve body, piston, feeding nozzle, etc., can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization. The machine uses lifting filling, and the feeding nozzle can extend into the tube to ensure effective filling and prevent material liquid from adhering to the tube wall and affecting sealing. An air blow-off device can be installed according to material characteristics to prevent the phenomenon of strong viscous liquid drawing long threads, affecting sealing and filling accuracy.
The positioning mold uses a stepper-driven rotating automatic alignment system capable of aligning irregularly shaped tubes such as ellipses. The tube cup of the positioning mold is elastic, ensuring consistent sealing height.
The TFM series machines employ a variable frequency stepless speed control system, with coordinated linkage control during operation to achieve higher production speeds. The pneumatic control system is equipped with precision filters and maintains stable pressure. A safety clutch is installed on the main drive system to effectively achieve fault alarms, automatic shutdown upon opening the machine door, or mechanical overload.
How to Choose a Tube Filling Machine Manufacturer:
- Check if the tube filling machine design is rational and the structure robust and durable. Ensure the machine uses high-quality or branded components.
- Verify the manufacturer’s experience in mechanical design and application, ensuring they can meet all your requirements. Check if they have produced similar mechanical videos.
- Consider the supplier’s credibility and reliability. Assess their reputation in the industry and ensure they can provide support and service for years after machine installation.
- If your product is specialized, choose a supplier capable of customizing filling and sealing machines according to your requirements. The supplier should manufacture machines and possess necessary experience and customization capabilities to provide comprehensive solutions.
- If your product might change in the future, ensure the purchased machine can still produce it or can be modified with some parts to produce it.
- Check if the supplier can provide multiple models of tube filling machines, allowing selection based on product requirements and site conditions.
- Ensure the equipment can be integrated into existing production lines. Make sure your supplier knows how to integrate production lines.
- Understand the production schedule and track equipment production status promptly.
What to Know When Purchasing a Tube Filling Machine:
After the order is placed, customers need to provide sample tubes of the tubes to be produced, with a minimum of 50 tubes per specification. We need to produce molds and test equipment for tube filling machines after production is completed.
Inform us of the material characteristics to be filled. Based on the material, we recommend whether customers need heating hoppers, stirring devices, or air blow-off devices.
Please inform us of the tube material and specifications you need to produce. Based on the material and specifications, we recommend suitable machine models and molds for customers.
Please inform us of your production output requirements. Based on output requirements, we recommend corresponding models of filling machines.
Please inform us if the tube filling machine needs to be linked with other production equipment. If so, provide specific dimensions and other information regarding linked equipment.
The default voltage for tube filling machines is 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase electricity. Please inform us of your production workshop voltage. We will equip corresponding electrical components to adapt the tube filling machine to your voltage.
Tube filling machine production requires compressed air, with operating air pressure of 0.60MPa and air consumption not less than 600L/min. Air compressors are not included by default but can be provided upon request.
